Data We Collect · Depending on your use and permissions, we may process account data; sensitive employee data including identity documents, iqama, passport, work licence, health card, contact details, bank details and IBAN, salaries, GOSI-related wage data, job title, branch, attendance and shifts; financial and operational data; investment and company records; collaboration and notes; location when enabled for nearest-branch estimation; camera, photo library and uploaded files; internal notification device tokens; optional biometrics; limited business context for AI features; and necessary technical data. · 3. How We Use Data · To provide App features, manage access, sync data, generate internal reports, secure the service, send operational notifications, power AI assistance, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use third-party advertising trackers. · 4. Legal Basis · Employment or service relationship, legitimate interests in operating business systems, consent where required, and compliance with applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. · 5. Sharing · Data may be shared with trusted cloud providers such as Google Firebase, authorized AI providers via our backend for enabled features only, other users in your organization by role, and authorities when legally required. · 6. Storage and Retention · Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure for as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, or internal policies, then deleted or anonymized using reasonable procedures. · 7. Security · Authentication, role-based access, encrypted connections, and restricted access policies. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. · 8. Your Rights · Subject to applicable law: access, rectification, deletion or restriction, and objection or withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based. · 9. Local Storage · The App may use local storage for session settings and cache. We do not use advertising tracking cookies in the App. · 10.
